We are pleased to announce our latest offering, SGIMS Roll Call. Based on our state-of-the-art SGIMS 2.0 platform, SGIMS Roll Call provides a straightforward and affordable hosted solution for student governments seeking to maintain and publish legislative voting and attendance records.
A simplified administrative interface allows a student association to easily enter the names of their members and their meeting dates. From there, new attendance and voting rolls are quickly created. SGIMS is designed to support use during your meeting--your organization secretary can use the up-to-date member list to call the roll, and immediately enter it into SGIMS Roll Call. This newly enter roll is emailed to the secretary for safekeeping, and published online for the student body to see.
